Who Is an Intern? « Back to Speakers

We have defined The Intern as an individual either male or female, with a personal vision/project/assignment (with a clear and actionable plan and required resources for execution) that will visibly result in personal advancement and positively impact his/her immediate environment or Nigeria at large but, who lacks or requires more of the requisite technical skills and knowledge to succeed in such an endeavour.

Our Intern:

  • Is between the ages of 25 and 45 years
  • Is of any religion
  • Possesses a minimum academic qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), ‘A’ levels or its equivalent
  • Has a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Can communicate effectively (verbal and written) in English language
  • Possesses an international passport
  • Can provide a reputable guarantor
  • Is successful in the Intern evaluation process
