Leke Alder

Mr Leke Alder is the Founder & Principal of Alder Consulting, an ideas and branding corporation with offices in Lagos and London. Mr Alder is credited with introducing branding as a discipline in Nigeria and has consulted on policy, politics and business at the highest level. He has consulted on policy formulation for the Federal Government of Nigeria, Federal Ministries of Information & Communication, Education, Foreign Affairs, as well as Solid Minerals Development, among others. He has also consulted on political strategy and communication campaigns at national and sub-national levels.
He has been a panelist at the 8th Annual Africa Business Conference, Harvard Business School; the 9th Annual Africa Business Conference, Wharton Business School; the 1st Annual Africa Business Conference, Kellog School of Management; Financial ADFocus Conference, South Africa and Leadership Forum, Ghana.
He was appointed by the Federal Government as a Board Member of the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) National Stakeholders’ Working Group and is the Chairman of the Communications Committee.
He is the author of several business books and is the host of a business radio programme, Minding Your Business with Leke Alder on 92.3 Inspiration FM.
